My family has played a significant role in my embarking on this flavor-filled adventure. My connection with the kitchen, which began at a young age, eventually grew into a deep-seated passion.

Although I studied software at university after a science-focused high school education, life has always drawn me back to the kitchen, a world ruled by scents, tastes, and textures. For me, the kitchen is not just a place for cooking; it is an artistic space where I solve problems, make big differences with small details, and showcase innovative approaches. I love to tell stories on every plate, make people happy, and leave a lasting impression with every bite.

My biggest motivation in life is my family. Their support and love inspire me to push the boundaries in the kitchen. In every situation I face, whether in the kitchen or in life, I have adopted a solution-oriented and positive approach as my principle.
